Yes, patrons of all ages are welcome but alcohol will only be served to those 21+ showing proper ID. Shows at the Asheville Music Hall are all 21+. Passes/tickets will be required for patrons of age 2 or older. If you do bring the little ones, we suggest earplugs and an afternoon nap.

WILL I BE ABLE TO PURCHASE TICKETS AT THE EVENT?

HOW MANY CONCERTS WILL TAKE PLACE DURING MOUNTAIN OASIS?
WHY WASN’T I GIVEN DELIVERY OPTIONS OR TICKETS WHEN I PLACED MY ORDER FOR MOUNTAIN OASIS?
This year Mountain Oasis will be using a high security wristband with a uniquely coded RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) chip embedded inside. Instead of a ticket, every wristband will be scanned as you enter & exit each venue of the festival. These wristbands will automatically be shipped to you before the event. For more information, visit our RFID wristband info page.
WHAT ARE THE BOX OFFICE HOURS DURING MOUNTAIN OASIS?
The box office is located at the U.S Cellular Center at 87 Haywood Street, Asheville, NC 28801. Box Office hours are Friday 10am-1am, Saturday 12pm-1am, Sunday 12pm-11pm
WILL I BE ABLE TO SEE EVERY SHOW?
This is a festival and some shows will be running simultaneously, so you have choices! Priority access will be given to VIP pass holders and admittance will be given on a first-come, first-serve basis. Once a venue reaches capacity, we will move to a one-in, one-out policy. There will be several concert options at any given moment during the festival weekend.
WILL THERE BE IN-AND-OUT PRIVILEGES AT EACH SHOW?
Yes, all credentialed patrons will be allowed to freely flow from show to show. Due to capacity restrictions, if you leave a show that is at capacity, you may have to wait in line to get back in.
WHERE CAN I CHECK OUT THE OFFICIAL SCHEDULE?
DO YOU OFFER ANY TICKET DISCOUNTS?
Discounts in general (i.e. students, military, elderly, professional organizations, government, etc) are not something we are offering at this time. We have worked extremely hard to keep the price down and value high for everyone with the number of quality performers that we are bringing to the festival.
HOW DO I GET TO MOUNTAIN OASIS AND WHERE IS A GOOD PLACE TO STAY?
